All styling services include a refreshing shampoo and conditioner. Beads are included.

Your daughter must be age 7 or older in order to get hair added with her service. We do not accept appointments for added hair for children under the age of 7. A deposit is required to be paid at least seven days in advance for services with added hair.

Is shampoo included in the service?

Yes, shampoo, conditioner, and beads are included in our services. However, a shampoo is not included in trim, take-down, or detangling services. Please add a shampoo service if you do not book for braids, twists, or a press.

What age do you start accepting clients?

We accept clients as young as 1 year old.

Do you service tender-headed children?

Yes, we do. As long as your child remains in the chair and cooperates, we will do our best to complete the service or offer a quicker alternative.

How do I know which style to book?

For natural hairstyles, please select "Scalp Braids" or "Box Braids - No Hair Added," unless you would like your child's hair pressed. If you would like hair added, please select "Scalp Braids with Added Hair" or "Box Braids & Knotless - Added Hair." For trims, hydration, or conditioning treatments, please select the À la carte option.

Does my child's hair need to be taken down before her appointment?

Yes, we ask that your child arrive with her hair out and ready to be shampooed, unless she is receiving a take-down service or needs her hair detangled prior to the shampoo service.

Is there an additional charge for detangling hair?

Yes, there is an additional fee for detangling your child's hair. If your child's hair is extremely tangled or matted, please contact us to schedule accordingly.

Is there an age limit for added hair services?

Yes, we add hair for girls ages 6 and up. Exceptions may be made for 5-year-olds.

Do you service adults?

Yes, we accept women clients from Tuesday - Friday.

What if I'm having trouble booking online?

Please give us a call, and we will assist you with booking.

Do you provide the hair for the added hair services?

We do not provide hair. Please purchase Expressions or Ruwa pre-stretched braiding hair, no longer than 28 inches. We always recommend the kids' pre-stretched braiding hair for our kids under 10.
