All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. We are a cashless salon. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. No Checks or Cash Please.
Online appointments must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. If you would like to schedule an appointment before then you must call us directly to determine availability.
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Please call us directly to cancel. As a courtesy, we will send out a reminder via email and or text to confirm your daughters’ appointment a day or two before.
However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and cancellation fee.
We'll try to accommodate you but can only promise service if you are at most 15 minutes late for your appointment. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon; if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may be canceled. A 60% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment start time will be subject to 60% of the original service price. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours before the start time, you will be issued a store credit in the amount of any deposits that have been paid.
Our stylists are human and have families and sometimes have to call out of work. Just as unexpected events pop up in your life, we ask that you be patient with us if your stylist calls out of work. If your stylist cannot serve you, we will try to reschedule your appointment with someone on our team. If we can't reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment; if we can't reschedule your appointment at a time that works for you, we will happily refund you your deposit.
We will do our best but cannot guarantee any request to change service on the day of the appointment. If we can accommodate a change of service request on the day of, the appointment will be charged at the higher price of the original or new service.
