All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. We are a cashless salon. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. No Checks or Cash Please.
Online appointments must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. If you would like to schedule an appointment before then you must call us directly to determine availability.
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Please call us directly to cancel. As a courtesy, we will send out a reminder via email and or text to confirm your daughters’ appointment a day or two before.
However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and cancellation fee.
If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment, without contacting us, your appointment will be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. A 60% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Any no-shows or cancellations prior to 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to 60% of the original service price.
